How much do I pay and when?
I do not charge for the number of photos you receive, but for my time and experience. Though it is not an exact estimate, most portrait sessions will average around 30-50 images and weddings can include upwards of 200+ images depending on the package chosen.
I do for certain sessions! Mini-sessions are a great way to be flexible on both sides. If you don't have much time (or don't think your kids will handle a full hour), portrait sessions can be booked for 20 minutes at a 50% discount. Extended family sessions are exempt from mini-session options. If you would like additional information or would like to know if a mini-session is possible for a specific session type, feel free to contact me!
Portrait packages are 1-hour sessions at 1 location. I am happy to discuss additional locations and/or travel options and the associated fees.
I'm based in Harrah, OK and I love to travel! Depending on the location of your session, I may charge an additional cost for travel. Typically, this should only be to cover the cost of fuel to travel. Most places within the OKC area would not have any travel fees. If I would need to travel overnight or to a location where a flight might be more effective, I am happy to discuss options with you and may even offer a discount on your session to help accommodate related travel costs!
Additionally, if the preferred location requires a fee for entrance, parking, or a photography fee, clients will be responsible to cover the fee. This includes any indoor studio fees, as well. If this is not possible or you would like to discuss options, please let me know!
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 8 weeks, but typically it will not be longer than 2 weeks. You can download all the photos from the gallery and also share them, choose your favorites, and order prints!
All portrait sessions require a 50% retainer at booking (non-refundable) with the remaining 50% due before you will receive your images.
Wedding packages require a 50% retainer due at booking (25% non-refundable; services rendered are non-refundable) with the remaining 50% due 14 days prior to the event.
You will receive a personalized contract for your session that must be signed before any services will be performed.
